Not sure I can help with why bank rules have stopped working, sorry. So I will have to edit every one of the wages payments that have been pulled across from the bank account. Unless someone at Xero is reading and acting on these comments, it looks like this is going to happen every 3 months after revalidation of the bank link. Could your rules problem be related to revalidating your bank link, maybe? My bank rules where working fine yesterday, but today they’ve stop working too. They’re not being applied and there’s zero support on this issue.

Just encountered the same issue. I’m with Lloyds. The details that used to come through in the Reference field are now coming through in the Description field. So I have changed all the rules to look in Description rather than Reference. Hope it doesn’t do this every time I have to validate the bank link which I thik is either 3 or 6 monthly. No indication that this transaction is a charge anymore.

I can’t see any way to make it work now because there’s less information being transferred in the new feed. Victoria, I’m getting the same. There appears to be no way to ‘tweak’ the new feed import as the Statement Import Options only shows the first 10 statement lines imported with the old feed :.
